What a lead is worth to you.
A "lead" is a business you introduce to Anvilstack. Once that business signs on and pays their first invoice, you're paid a share of it — and a smaller share of everything they pay us afterwards, for as long as they remain a client. No cap, no expiry.

Eligibility
Anyone 18 or older with a valid bank account or UPI ID in India can apply. You don't need a company — individuals, freelancers, agencies and consultants are all welcome. Every application is reviewed manually before approval.
Valid leads
A business owner or decision-maker who hasn't already been in contact with Anvilstack in the last 12 months, submitted with accurate contact details and a real description of their operational problem.
20% + 5% for life
20% of the first invoice a referred client pays. 5% of every invoice after that — retainers, support, new projects — for as long as they remain a client, with no time limit.
When you get paid
Commission is released within 15 business days of Anvilstack receiving the corresponding client payment. For India-based affiliates, payment is by bank transfer or UPI to the details on your profile, subject to TDS as required by Indian tax law. For affiliates outside India, payout is arranged internationally via the method noted on your profile.
Refunds & cancellations
If a client is refunded or a project is cancelled before delivery, any commission already paid on that invoice will be deducted from your next payout.
What's not allowed
No spam, no misleading claims about Anvilstack, no bidding on "Anvilstack" trademark terms in paid ads, no submitting fake or duplicate leads. Violations can lead to suspension and forfeiture of pending commission — see Legal Terms.

1. Applying to the program
Go to Sign up and fill in your name, email, phone number and a password. Your account is created in a pending state — an admin manually reviews every application. You'll be able to log in only once your account shows as approved.
This manual review exists to keep the lead pipeline clean and protect the leads you send us — it usually takes 1–2 business days.
2. Submitting a lead
Once approved, log in and open Submit a Lead in your dashboard. Every field is mandatory: the business owner's name, the business address, a mobile number, the country, and a short description of the work they need. This is the minimum we need to actually follow up.
Don't submit a business that has already spoken to Anvilstack in the last 12 months — it won't be counted as a valid, commissionable lead.
3. What the lead statuses mean
New — we've received it and haven't reached out yet. Contacted — our team is in conversation with the lead. Converted — they've signed on and paid; your commission clock has started. Rejected — didn't qualify (duplicate, out of scope, or unreachable).
4. How the 20% + 5% actually works
When a lead you submitted pays their first invoice, you earn 20% of that invoice amount. If that client continues with Anvilstack — a retainer, ongoing support, a second project, anything — you earn 5% of every invoice after that, for as long as they remain a client. There's no cap and no expiry date on the 5%.
Example: a lead's first invoice is ₹50,000 → you earn ₹10,000. If they later pay a second invoice of ₹30,000, you earn 5% of that — ₹1,500 — and this continues for every invoice after.
5. Getting paid
Commission is released within 15 business days of Anvilstack actually receiving the client's payment — not when the invoice is raised. Payouts go to the bank/UPI details on your affiliate profile.
6. Tax & TDS
Commission paid to affiliates is subject to tax deduction at source under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (commission/brokerage, Section 194H), where applicable. You are responsible for declaring this income and any applicable GST registration if your annual turnover from such commission exceeds the statutory threshold. Anvilstack is not your employer and does not withhold PF/ESI.
7. Rules to keep in mind
No spam or cold-blasting unrelated contacts. No false claims about who Anvilstack is or what it charges. No bidding on Anvilstack's brand name in paid search. No submitting the same business twice, or a business that isn't real. Breaking these can mean losing pending commission and account suspension — full detail in the Legal Terms.
